Member Information

Regular Meetings-

Regular meetings are the first Thursday of each month,
unless changed for some reason, such as the Quilt Show.

If THE LOGAN ELM SCHOOL DISTRICT IS CANCELLED
BECAUSE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS
--THE MEETING IS POSTPONED UNTIL
THE NEXT THURSDAY.
IF THE LOGAN ELM SCHOOL DISTRICT
HAS A DELAYED START, EITHER 1 OR 2 HOURS,
THE MEETING IS STILL ON.{THIS IS A CHANGE
FROM PREVIOUS PROCEEDURE.}

IF THE MEETING IS CANCELLED ON THE
SECOND THURSDAY--THERE WILL BE
NO MEETING FOR THAT MONTH.
IF YOU LIVE AT A DISTANCE, IT WOULD
BE WISE TO PHONE A MEMBER WHO
LIVES IN OR CLOSE TO CIRCLEVILLE
TO GET UPDATED INFORMATION.

IN FEB., THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION RELATING
TO EARLY DISMISSAL OF LOGAN ELM SCHOOLS.
EARLY DISMISSAL DOES NOT IMPACT THE MEETING
TIME. ONLY CLOSURE AND TWO HOUR DELAYS HAVE
A BEARING ON WHETHER OR NOT THE MEETING
IS HELD.

MONTHLY QUILT FABRIC EXCHANGE-GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Fabric must be washed, pressed and rotary cut
into 6 1/2 inch blocks or 2 1/2 inch strips that are
the width of the fabric and stacked right side up.
They should be placed in a plastic bag and labeled
with your name.
